Can I book online?

Not yet. We currently handle enquiries personally instead of taking online bookings. Send your details and we will confirm the practical next step.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Pickup and delivery is available across selected West Auckland suburbs for qualifying orders. Availability depends on suburb, timing and order size.

What should I include in an enquiry?

Please include your name, suburb, approximate number of items, whether you need pickup or drop-off, and any timing requirements.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on order size and item type. Smaller household orders may be completed quickly, while larger or commercial orders may take longer.

Do you do business or uniform ironing?

Yes. We handle staff uniforms, retail garments, hospitality linen, Airbnb linen, towels and recurring business ironing by enquiry.

Do I need to provide hangers?

Customers usually provide their own hangers. If hangers are needed, they may be supplied for an additional charge.

Can washing be added to an ironing order?

Yes. Washing can be added to suitable ironing orders. See the current pricing section for the latest washing add-on details.
